A puppy is reserved only once a deposit is received and confirmed by our team. Our 14-day viral guarantee and 1-year guarantee against hereditary and congenital conditions, referenced on this Site, are honored strictly according to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth in the signed puppy purchase and health guarantee agreement provided to you at the time of sale — that signed agreement, not this Site, is the binding statement of guarantee terms. Financing, where offered, is subject to separate approval and terms disclosed at the time of application.
